Who we are

What we collect

The only information we actively ask for is what you type into our estimate request form:

• Your name
• Your phone number and email address
• Your project address, if you choose to provide it
• The service you're interested in, your project details, and any preferred start date

We don't ask for payment details, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website. If a page ever asks you for that, it isn't us — please call and let us know.

How we use it

We use what you send us for exactly one purpose: responding to your request. That means calling or emailing you back, asking follow-up questions, preparing a quote, and scheduling a walkthrough or installation.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to marketing companies. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you specifically ask us to.

Third-party services this site uses

A few standard tools run on this website, and each one handles some data on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts this website and serves its pages.
• Formspree processes our contact form. When you submit the form, your details pass through Formspree and are forwarded to our email.
• Google Analytics may be used to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. It collects general usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. It does not tell us who you are by name.
• Google Maps powers the map showing our shop location. Loading that map involves a connection to Google, which may set cookies.
• Google Fonts provides the typefaces used on this site.

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy governing what they do with the data they handle.

Cookies

This website itself does not set cookies to track you. Any cookies you encounter come from the embedded Google Maps or from Google Analytics, as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work normally.

How long we keep things

We keep estimate requests as long as they're useful for serving you — typically through the life of your project and for a reasonable period afterward in case you come back to us for more work or warranty questions. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, just ask.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it entirely. Call (313) 790-2250 or email rayrsafadi@aol.com and we'll take care of it. There's no form to fill out and no charge.

Children

This website is meant for homeowners and property owners. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We'd suggest glancing at it again if you're submitting a request a long time from now.
